The customer must confirm base-powder specifications, delivery form, continuity and storage, plus added ingredients, product changeovers and package formats.

Scenario 3: You Need Base-Powder Production and Downstream Addition
A combined line produces base powder from slurry and then adds suitable downstream ingredients before screening, conveying and packaging.
This can support control over base-powder production and downstream formula completion. “Combined” does not mean including every available machine; each section must serve the product and operating plan.
Post-blending and packing capacity must match the drying schedule. Intermediate storage or alternative routes may be needed for the intended operation.

Provide building height, floor space, access and storage information. Map the movement of raw materials, powder, additives, packaging and finished products.
7. Packaging and Automation
List package formats and weights, plus the preferred control level. Manual, semi-automatic or automatic arrangements may suit different labor, maintenance and investment conditions.
Plan for Expansion Without Over-Specifying the First Phase
Discuss expected formulas, package sizes or later production stages during initial planning. Space, interfaces and controls can be considered where practical.
Keep future options separate from confirmed first-phase scope so quotations remain clear and comparable.
