Prepare for a More Productive Project Discussion

ICIF China 2026 gives industrial project buyers an opportunity to discuss production requirements directly with equipment and engineering suppliers. As noted in our earlier ICIF China 2026 exhibition announcement, Zhejiang Meibao Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. will meet visitors at Booth E6B61 from 15 to 17 September 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

Our new exhibition preview video introduces selected Meibao solutions for detergent production, sodium silicate production and industrial hot air supply. After watching the video, customers can prepare the following information to make an on-site project discussion more productive.

1. Define the Target Product and Process Starting Point

Begin with the product you plan to manufacture and the materials available at the start of production.

For a detergent powder project, explain whether you need to produce base powder through spray drying, start with purchased base powder for post-blending, or combine both sections.

For a liquid detergent project, list the intended products and the formula information currently available. For sodium silicate, identify whether a wet- or dry-process route is being considered. For a hot air project, explain which production or drying process requires heat.

2. State the Required Capacity and Production Schedule

Provide the required output, operating hours, number of shifts and planned product range. Capacity should describe the expected production requirement, not only the rating of one machine.

This information helps evaluate whether connected sections such as preparation, drying, mixing, storage, conveying and packaging can operate at a suitable rhythm.

3. Bring Factory and Utility Information

If available, bring a factory layout, building dimensions or a simple site drawing. Mark available space, building height, access, storage areas and the planned material route.

Also explain the available electricity, water, compressed air, fuel and other utilities. For heating and drying projects, local fuel supply and environmental requirements can directly affect the system configuration.

4. Explain Packaging and Automation Needs

For detergent projects, provide planned package types, weights and expected packing output. Packaging must be considered together with upstream production and material handling.

Automation requirements should also be described clearly. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic arrangements may suit different projects, depending on production scale, local labor, maintenance capability and investment priorities.

5. Separate Confirmed Information from Pending Decisions

Not every detail must be finalized before the exhibition. Mark uncertain information as pending instead of replacing it with an unsupported estimate.

A clear list of confirmed conditions, pending decisions and future expansion ideas will make the initial discussion more useful and help define the next technical steps.
