The high clean direct type biomass hot air furnace was first applied for a national patent (ZL2012 2 0711996.3) in 2012. So far, Meibao has applied for more than 30 national invention patents, utility model patents, copyrights, and other patents for the development of high clean direct type coal/biomass hot air furnaces for detergent powder production.

The biggest feature of this hot air furnace is that it can meet the whiteness requirements of detergent powder, and there are no visible black spots in the finished powder, which has no impact on the quality of detergent powder. Compared to oil and gas hot air furnaces, it saves fuel costs by about 2-5 times.
