    For a detergent powder project, one starting point is the source of your base powder. Will you produce it at the factory or purchase it from a supplier? From there, we can discuss the processing, blending and post-addition stages your product requires, followed by bagging. Your target output and intended bag sizes help make that conversation more specific. If part of the line already exists, photographs or a simple layout can show where new equipment would need to connect.

    For liquid detergents, start with the products you plan to make and the bottles you expect to use. Laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid and liquid hand soap may place different demands on preparation, mixing, transfer and filling. Bottle size and format also matter when discussing the connection between production and packaging. The video offers a look at the equipment; the arrangement for your plant will depend on your own products and operating conditions.
