Silicone Incinerator Commissioned and in Operation

The silicone tail gas regenerative incinerator has recently passed commissioning successfully and is now operating normally in production. The exhaust gas contains more than twenty types of organic compounds, including alcohols, acids, olefins, esters, and alkanes. Through complete combustion, the emissions are ultimately discharged in compliance with environmental standards.

The company has been engaged in the design and manufacturing of various industrial hot air furnaces, heating furnaces, and incinerators for over 20 years, accumulating rich experience in design and fabrication. We have successfully undertaken various VOC incinerator projects, with particularly advanced and mature design expertise in Claus tail gas regenerative incineration systems.
