 Liquid Sodium Silicate Production Line

Liquid sodium silicate production line mainly produces low molar ratio sodium silicate which is below 2.5. Raw materials are caustic soda and quartz sand; the process can be divided into four parts: slurry preparation, reaction, sedimentation, filtration. Mainly equipment: slurry preparator, reaction kettle, intermediate tank, sedimentation tank, filter, finished product tank, etc.

Solid Soduim Silicate Production Line

We can provide design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning and operation training of solid sodium silicate melting process . Ingredients can be divided into artificial weighing ingredients and automatic weighing ingredients. According to the customer's request, high modulus solid sodium silicate can be added to the steam to melt into liquid sodium silicate through melting pot, then the liquid sodium silicate is added to the caustic soda and water to obtain different modulus and concentration of low molar ratio liquid sodium silicate required by the market.
