The wet process produces sodium silicate is a kind of production method of sodium silicate by the reaction of liquid caustic soda and quartz sand at high temperature and pressure. Environmental protection and economy, no waste gas production and so on. We can produce sodium silicate products with molar ratio below 2.5.

Dry process produces sodium silicate:
The main raw materials of dry process sodium silicate production are soda ash and quartz sand. The process is batching, firing and dissolving.
The quartz sand and soda ash are weighed in proportion according to the formula, and are automatically put into the furnace through the conveying device. Chemical reaction occurs at a high temperature of 1350-1450 ℃ after the material is put into the furnace. The molten sodium silicate through air cooling or water cooling to form a glassy solid particle sodium silicate. Finished products are sent to the warehouse or stacked or cooled to room temperature for sale. The reflector adopts regenerative preheater. The 1200 ℃flue gas from tail can make air and gas preheat to 1100 ℃ and 900 ℃ respectively. Exhaust temperature dropped to below 180 ℃ to achieve energy conservation and cost reduction.
