Industrial coal fired indirect heat exchanging hot air furnace/ Hot air generator fuel coal oil gas

Our company can provide the design, manufacture, installation and debugging of the hot air furnace with a capacity of 10-20 million kcal/h. The fuel can be coal, natural gas, biomass, etc. Our company's hot air furnace are widely used in chemical, fertilizer, feed, building materials, medicine, food, metallurgy and other industries.

 Technical characteristics:

(1) Flue gas dust removal and purification technology is adopted to effectively control the local burning of the heat transfer tube by the flame, reduce the dust content entering the heat exchanger, and increase the life and thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger;

(2) The heat exchange uses the countercurrent way, the flue gas flow outside the tube, the air flows inside the tube, strengthens the heat transfer;

(3)Heat exchange pipe adopts advanced jet flow and internal plug-in structure.The heat transfer efficiency is improved;

(4)Thermal efficiency > 75%. The maximum output temperature is 600 ℃, and the stability of hot air temperature is +5 ℃.

(5) Long service life of equipment and low maintenance rate.

(6) The operation of the equipment is simple and the maintenance is convenient. High safety, no explosion danger.
