High efficiency Indirect Heat Exchange Hot Air Furnace for Food
The heat exchange furnace is mainly composed of MBL combustion machine, high-temperature purification room, heat exchanger, auxiliary machine and control system. The reverse flow gas phase heat exchange is adopted. High temperature flue gas and air inside the heat excahnger tube. After the heat exchange, the flue gas is partly reused and partly removed by the flue gas draught fan. The ambient air is sent to the heat exchanger through the FD fan. The combustion machine adopts chain grate type, and the combustion is stable and complete. The high-temperature dust removal and purification device is installed in front of the heat exchanger, which controls the dust content entering the heat exchanger and reduces the ash accumulation and abrasion of the heat exchanger. Fuel can be used in coal and biomass fuel. The heat supply is 25~2000 million KCal/hour. The heating temperature ranges from 50ºC to 600ºC.

Characteristics
(1) Flue gas dust removal and purification technology is adopted to effectively control the local burning of the heat transfer tube by the flame, reduce the dust content entering the heat exchanger, and increase the life and thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger;
(2) The heat exchange uses the countercurrent way, the flue gas flow outside the tube, the air flows inside the tube, strengthens the heat transfer;
(3)Heat exchange pipe adopts advanced jet flow and internal plug-in structure.The heat transfer efficiency is improved;
(4)Thermal efficiency > 75%. The maximum output temperature is 600 ºC, and the stability of hot air temperature is +5 ºC.
(5) Long service life of equipment and low maintenance rate.
(6) The operation of the equipment is simple and the maintenance is convenient. High safety, no explosion danger.
