Coal-to-Gas Hot Air Furnace Successfully Commissioned and Put into Operation

    Recently, a coal-to-gas hot air furnace for a large chemical enterprise successfully completed installation and commissioning and was officially put into operation. Based on the customer’s existing production system and heating requirements, the project involved upgrading the original coal-fired hot air furnace to an environmentally friendly natural gas-fired system.

    During commissioning, our technical team conducted comprehensive inspections and optimization of the combustion system, air supply system, temperature control system, and safety interlocks, ensuring smooth integration with the customer’s existing production line. The equipment is currently operating steadily and meets both production and environmental requirements.

    The successful operation of this project will help the customer optimize its energy structure, improve the production environment, and further enhance the automation and stability of the heating system. In the future, we will continue to leverage our technical expertise and project experience in industrial hot air furnaces, coal-to-gas conversion projects, and industrial heating systems to provide reliable thermal energy solutions for the chemical, building materials, detergent, feed, and other industries.
