Technical characteristics: Heating the organic waste gas up to 760℃, the VOC in the waste gas is oxidatively decomposed into CO2 and H2O in the oxidation chamber. The high temperature airflow which is generated by oxidation process has passes through a special ceramic regenerator, the ceramic regenerator is heated up to "heat storage" state, which is used for preheating the organic waste gas, thereby to save the fuel consumption of exhaust gas heating. Ceramic regenerator could be divided into two chambers (two or more). Each regenerator experiences heat storage, heat release, and clean process in turn. After the regenerator is released from heating, a part of the qualified clean exhaust gas could be sent to purify the regenerator immediately (to ensure VOC removal rate up to 95%), and only after the cleaning is completed can the "heat storage" program be entered.
