High-clean biomass hot air furnace for washing powder production put into operation

The hot air furnace transformation project for Sunda’s washing powder production line with an annual output of 150,000 tons was successfully completed in Ghana recently and put into normal operation. Considering the environmental protection and production & operation costs, this hot air furnace transformation project selects Meibao's high-clean biomass hot air furnace to replace the original oil hot air furnace, makes full use of local biomass fuels such as wood blocks, branches and fruit shells, and combines Meibao's special high-clean biomass hot air furnace technology for washing powder, which greatly reduces the fuel cost and achieves good economic and social benefits on the premise of ensuring product quality. The high-clean hot air furnace has been adopted by well-known daily chemical companies such as Unilever, P&G, wings, Nice and Liby.
